Your role at Altero

You will support our customers through organizational transformations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, managing acquisition and integration projects, and leadership development. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop change management strategies: implement and oversee the realization of the plan, direct related activities, support change agents and champions champions;

  • Manage acquisition and integration projects: set up governance, prepare communication plans and communication plans and related tools, prepare integration roadmap, act as a resource person for the project manager;

  • Carry out diagnostics: conduct interviews, carry out in-depth analyses and evaluate assess impacts and risks, prepare summaries and recommendations recommendations;

  • Facilitate leadership development: assess individual and team strengths and strengths and development areas, design and facilitate team-building workshops workshops, support succession planning and development;

  • Produce reports, roadmaps and tools: clearly communicate findings, prepare high-quality prepare high-quality deliverables that meet the customer's needs.

Your profile

We will consider you if you have a 2nd degree in organizational development organizational development, business administration or other relevant field a minimum of five (5) years' experience in organizational development and change change management. Certification in change management (PROSCI or CCMP) is a definite a definite asset.

In addition, you have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. You have a strong ability to conceptualize information, and you are rigorous, curious, have great judgment and can think critically.
