Your role at Altero

You will support the team of consultants in their mandates for organizational transformations. You will be responsible for drafting communication documents, reports and analyses in the course of acquisition and integration mandates.

On a daily basis, you will prepare high-quality deliverables that meet the customer's needs. You'll write and produce reports, develop tools and roadmaps, and communicate findings clearly.

Your profile

We will consider your application if you have a 2nd degree in communications, organizational development, business administration or other relevant fields and one to two years' experience in writing or communications in organizational development and change management. A certification in change management, either PROSCI or CCMP, is a definite asset.

In addition, you have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. You have a strong ability to conceptualize information, and you are rigorous, curious, have great judgment and can think critically.
